VP of Partnerships & Business Development

Build the partnerships and business development strategy that extends TAL Corp's reach — with enterprises, governments, research institutions, and platform partners.

About This Role

TAL Corp's mission of universal AI access requires strategic partners at every layer. The VP of Partnerships builds the ecosystem that multiplies TAL Corp's impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the partnerships and business development strategy and team
  • Build and close strategic partnerships with enterprises, governments, and research institutions
  • Define the partner programme structure — tiers, benefits, and enablement
  • Own the commercial pipeline from partnership and BD channels
  • Partner with Policy team on public-sector and international partnerships
  • Represent TAL Corp at industry events and partnership forums globally
Requirements
  • BS/MBA in Business or related field
  • 12+ years business development or partnerships with 5+ years in leadership
  • Track record closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong existing network in the AI, enterprise tech, and policy communities
  • Executive presence and board-level communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Prior VP Partnerships or BD at an AI or enterprise tech company
  • Background in global or government partnership development
  • Experience building developer or enterprise ecosystem programmes
