UX Designer
Design the human side of AGI — creating interfaces that make extraordinary AI capability feel natural, trustworthy, and accessible to everyone.
About This Role
The design of an AI interface determines whether people trust it. The UX team at TAL Corp makes intelligence feel approachable, not intimidating.
Responsibilities
- ▸Own end-to-end UX design for TAL Corp product experiences — research, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs
- ▸Conduct user interviews and usability studies to inform design decisions
- ▸Collaborate with PM and engineering to ensure designs ship accurately
- ▸Build and maintain the TAL Corp design system
- ▸Define interaction patterns for novel AI-specific UX challenges (streaming, uncertainty, correction)
Requirements
- ▸BFA/BS in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent portfolio
- ▸4+ years UX design experience, with shipped consumer or developer products
- ▸Expert Figma skills and prototyping ability
- ▸Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- ▸Experience conducting user research and synthesising findings
Nice to Have
- ▸Background in designing for AI, chatbots, or conversational interfaces
- ▸Experience with design systems at scale
- ▸Familiarity with front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/React)
