About This Role
Building AGI requires extraordinary people. The Talent team's job is to find them — wherever in the world they are.
Responsibilities
- ▸Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, research, and technical roles
- ▸Build sourcing pipelines for rare talent — top researchers, specialist engineers
- ▸Design and run structured technical interviews and evaluation processes
- ▸Build TAL Corp's employer brand at universities and conferences
- ▸Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
Requirements
- ▸BS in any field
- ▸4+ years technical recruiting, ideally in AI, ML, or deep tech
- ▸Strong sourcing skills — LinkedIn, GitHub, research databases, conference networks
- ▸Understanding of software engineering and AI/ML roles at a technical level
- ▸Excellent relationship-building and candidate experience skills
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior experience recruiting at a frontier AI lab or top tech company
- ▸Background in research recruiting
- ▸Experience building structured diversity and inclusion hiring pipelines
