• ▸Build and manage a team of technical and non-technical recruiters
• ▸Design structured interview processes that are fair, consistent, and predictive
• ▸Own TAL Corp's employer brand — careers site, social presence, conference recruiting
• ▸Build university partnerships and early-career talent pipelines
• ▸Track recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire) and drive improvement
• ▸Lead diversity sourcing initiatives to build an inclusive candidate pipeline

• ▸BS in any field
• ▸6+ years talent acquisition experience with 2+ years managing a recruiting team
• ▸Deep experience hiring for technical roles — engineering, ML, research
• ▸Strong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and pipeline management
• ▸Experience building employer brand and candidate experience programmes
• ▸Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)

• ▸Prior experience recruiting at a frontier AI lab or top tech company
• ▸Background in executive or research recruiting
• ▸Experience building global or remote-first talent pipelines
