Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition across all departments and levels
  • Build and manage a team of technical and non-technical recruiters
  • Design structured interview processes that are fair, consistent, and predictive
  • Own TAL Corp's employer brand — careers site, social presence, conference recruiting
  • Build university partnerships and early-career talent pipelines
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire) and drive improvement
  • Lead diversity sourcing initiatives to build an inclusive candidate pipeline
Requirements
  • BS in any field
  • 6+ years talent acquisition experience with 2+ years managing a recruiting team
  • Deep experience hiring for technical roles — engineering, ML, research
  • Strong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and pipeline management
  • Experience building employer brand and candidate experience programmes
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience recruiting at a frontier AI lab or top tech company
  • Background in executive or research recruiting
  • Experience building global or remote-first talent pipelines
