Strategy & Research Analyst
Drive strategic clarity at TAL Corp — researching the competitive landscape, modelling strategic scenarios, and supporting executive decision-making.

The AGI race moves fast and the decisions TAL Corp makes today will shape the future of the technology. The Strategy team makes sure those decisions are informed, rigorous, and mission-aligned.
Responsibilities
- ▸Research the competitive AI landscape and synthesise insights for leadership
- ▸Build financial and strategic models to evaluate partnerships, markets, and investments
- ▸Support the CEO and leadership on board materials, fundraising decks, and strategic memos
- ▸Track the global AI policy and regulatory environment
- ▸Run structured strategic planning processes (OKRs, annual planning)
Requirements
- ▸BS/MBA from a top programme
- ▸2+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- ▸Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
- ▸Exceptional written and presentation skills
- ▸Genuine interest in AI and its long-term implications
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior experience covering the AI sector as an analyst or investor
- ▸Technical background in CS or ML
- ▸Experience at a frontier AI lab or deep tech company
