SRE Intern
Learn site reliability engineering at AGI scale — keeping the systems that serve millions of requests per second running smoothly.
About This Role
SRE interns at TAL Corp work on real production systems. You will learn observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation from engineers who operate at frontier scale.
Responsibilities
- ▸Build and improve monitoring dashboards and alerting rules for production services
- ▸Assist in incident response and write post-incident reviews
- ▸Automate toil — write scripts and tools that reduce manual operational work
- ▸Contribute to infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi
Requirements
- ▸Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
- ▸Comfortable with Linux command line and shell scripting
- ▸Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- ▸Familiarity with at least one programming language — Python, Go, or Bash
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- ▸Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- ▸Interest in distributed systems and reliability engineering
