Senior Director of Product
Own a major product domain at TAL Corp — leading a team of PMs, driving strategy, and ensuring TAL Corp's most important product bets succeed.
About This Role
Senior Directors of Product own large, strategic product domains. You will set multi-year vision, manage a PM team, and work at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- ▸Define the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for a major product domain
- ▸Lead and develop a team of 4–8 product managers
- ▸Own P&L or key revenue metrics for your product area
- ▸Partner with Engineering, Design, and Research leadership on execution
- ▸Present product strategy and performance to the board and investors
- ▸Drive build/buy/partner decisions for new product capabilities
Requirements
- ▸BS/MS in a relevant field
- ▸12+ years product management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- ▸Proven track record owning major product domains at scale
- ▸Executive communication and strategic influence skills
- ▸Deep understanding of AI product development and the competitive landscape
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior Senior Director or VP Product at an AI or platform company
- ▸Background spanning both consumer and enterprise product
- ▸Experience managing product revenue and commercial metrics
