Product Manager — Developer Platform
Own the product strategy for TAL Corp's developer-facing platform — the APIs, SDKs, and tools that thousands of developers use to build with TAL intelligence.
About This Role
The developer platform is how TAL Corp's capabilities reach the world. This PM role owns the roadmap, strategy, and execution for everything external developers experience.
Responsibilities
- ▸Define and own the product roadmap for the TAL developer platform and API
- ▸Interview developers to understand pain points and prioritise improvements
- ▸Write clear, detailed product specifications and user stories
- ▸Partner with engineering to drive fast, high-quality execution
- ▸Define success metrics and own the measurement framework for platform products
Requirements
- ▸BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
- ▸4+ years product management, with 2+ years in developer tools or platforms
- ▸Strong technical understanding — comfortable reading code and architecture docs
- ▸Experience defining and tracking product metrics
- ▸Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior experience as a software engineer or engineering manager
- ▸Background in AI/ML developer tooling
- ▸Experience with open-source community building
