Product Manager — Consumer AI

Define and drive the consumer product experience for TAL Corp — the interfaces through which millions of everyday users access AGI.

About This Role

Making AGI accessible to everyone requires exceptional consumer product thinking. This role owns how non-technical users experience the power of TAL intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for TAL Corp's consumer-facing products
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Define onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Partner with design to build intuitive, delightful user experiences
  • Track and own consumer product KPIs — DAU, retention, NPS
Requirements
  • BS in any field with strong evidence of product thinking
  • 4+ years consumer product management
  • Strong user empathy and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI or conversational interfaces
  • Background in growth or engagement product management
  • Prior work at a consumer AI company
