Partnerships Lead

Build the partnerships that multiply TAL Corp's impact — with research institutions, NGOs, governments, and enterprise customers who align with our mission.

About This Role

TAL Corp's mission of universal AI access requires strategic partners. This role builds the relationship network that expands our reach and amplifies our impact.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with research institutions and enterprises
  • Build and manage the TAL Community Network — 10,000+ global partner organisations
  • Own the commercial partnership pipeline and revenue from API partnerships
  • Collaborate with policy team on public-sector and NGO partnerships
  • Represent TAL Corp at industry events and partnership forums
Requirements
  • BS/MBA in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
  • Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals
  • Strong existing network in tech, research, or policy communities
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in the AI or deep tech sector
  • Background in global development or NGO partnerships
  • Existing relationships with enterprise AI buyers
