Operations Manager
Keep TAL Corp running at full velocity — owning the operational systems that let a small team move like a much larger one.
About This Role
We are a lean team building something enormous. The Operations Manager owns the internal systems and processes that remove friction for everyone.
Responsibilities
- ▸Own and optimise internal tooling, vendor contracts, and office operations
- ▸Lead cross-functional planning cycles and OKR tracking
- ▸Partner with finance on budgeting and headcount planning
- ▸Manage onboarding and offboarding for a fast-growing team
- ▸Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks proactively
Requirements
- ▸BS in Business, Operations, or related field
- ▸4+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or program management
- ▸Proven ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- ▸Strong data analysis skills
- ▸Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience at a high-growth startup
- ▸Background in legal or compliance operations
- ▸Familiarity with AI lab workflows
