Mobile Engineer — iOS & Android
Build the TAL Corp mobile experience — bringing AGI-level intelligence to every smartphone on earth.
About This Role
Universal access requires great mobile apps. You will build the iOS and Android interfaces that let anyone, anywhere, access TAL intelligence from their pocket.
Responsibilities
- ▸Build and maintain React Native apps for iOS and Android
- ▸Implement real-time streaming, offline mode, and push notifications
- ▸Optimise app performance and reduce bundle size for low-end devices
- ▸Collaborate with backend team on mobile-specific API design
- ▸Own the App Store and Google Play release pipeline
Requirements
- ▸BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- ▸3+ years mobile engineering with React Native or native iOS/Android
- ▸Strong TypeScript and React skills
- ▸Experience with mobile performance profiling and optimisation
- ▸Familiarity with mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Bitrise, or similar)
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience with Swift or Kotlin for performance-critical native modules
- ▸Background in offline-first or PWA development
- ▸Prior work on AI or LLM-integrated mobile apps
