MLOps Engineer
Build the MLOps platform that takes TAL models from research to production — reliably, repeatedly, and fast.
About This Role
The gap between a great research model and a deployed production model is an MLOps problem. You will own the systems that close that gap for every TAL model release.
Responsibilities
- ▸Design and maintain ML training orchestration pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, or similar)
- ▸Build model registry, versioning, and deployment systems
- ▸Implement A/B testing and canary deployment infrastructure for new models
- ▸Own experiment tracking and reproducibility tooling (MLflow, W&B)
- ▸Collaborate with research and infrastructure teams on end-to-end model lifecycle
Requirements
- ▸BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering
- ▸3+ years MLOps, data engineering, or ML infrastructure experience
- ▸Familiarity with Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or similar ML platforms
- ▸Strong Python and familiarity with PyTorch model serving patterns
- ▸Experience with feature stores, data versioning (DVC), and model monitoring
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience with large language model deployment (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM)
- ▸Background in data platform engineering
- ▸Familiarity with GPU resource scheduling and cost optimisation
