Learning & Development Lead

Build the learning programmes that help TAL Corp's team grow as fast as the technology they're building.

About This Role

A company at the frontier of intelligence should have the best learning culture in the world. The L&D Lead designs the programmes that help every TAL Corp employee develop faster than they would anywhere else.

Responsibilities
  • Design and own onboarding programmes that ramp new hires effectively in their first 90 days
  • Build manager development curricula — from new manager training to leadership coaching
  • Create technical upskilling programmes for non-technical staff to understand AI fundamentals
  • Facilitate workshops on communication, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build a mentorship and career pathing framework
  • Measure learning programme effectiveness and continuously improve based on data
  • Source and manage relationships with external coaches, trainers, and learning platforms
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Organisational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • 4+ years learning and development experience, ideally in a technology company
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Data-driven approach — ability to measure and demonstrate L&D impact
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
Nice to Have
  • Background in instructional design or curriculum development
  • Experience creating AI literacy programmes
  • Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent)
