Head of Product Design
Lead TAL Corp's design function — building the team and vision that makes AGI interfaces the most intuitive and trustworthy in the industry.
About This Role
The design of an AI interface shapes whether people trust it. The Head of Product Design owns the design language, team, and culture that make TAL Corp's products beautiful and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- ▸Define and own TAL Corp's design vision, design system, and brand language
- ▸Build and lead the product design team — UX, visual designers, and researchers
- ▸Establish user research as a core discipline integrated into all product development
- ▸Partner with PM and Engineering leadership on product direction and quality bar
- ▸Drive design thinking and user empathy across the organisation
- ▸Hire and develop world-class design talent
Requirements
- ▸BFA/BS in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent portfolio
- ▸10+ years design experience with 4+ years in design leadership
- ▸Expert Figma and prototyping skills
- ▸Deep experience in user research and usability testing
- ▸Strong portfolio of shipped consumer or developer products
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior design leadership at an AI or tech company
- ▸Experience designing novel interaction paradigms
- ▸Background in accessibility and inclusive design at scale
