About This Role

Quality assurance at an AGI lab goes beyond functional testing. As a fresher QA engineer, you will test AI-powered products, build automation frameworks, and develop the analytical instincts needed to find bugs that others miss.

Responsibilities

▸Design and execute test cases for web applications, APIs, and AI features
▸Build automated test suites using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Jest
▸Report and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments
▸Participate in regression testing cycles and release validation
▸Learn to test AI-specific features — model responses, latency, and edge cases

Requirements

▸BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field (graduated between 2019 and 2026)
▸Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript
▸Understanding of software testing concepts — unit, integration, E2E, and regression testing
▸Methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and clear bug reporting skills
▸Familiarity with version control (Git) and issue tracking tools

Nice to Have

▸Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Jest, Cypress)
▸Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
▸ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent coursework
