HR Coordinator — Trainee

About This Role

Building the team that builds AGI is itself an extraordinary mission. As a fresher HR coordinator, you will support every dimension of the people function — recruiting operations, onboarding, benefits, and employee experience — while learning from experienced HR leaders.

Responsibilities

▸Support recruiting coordinators with interview scheduling and candidate communication
▸Assist with new hire onboarding — paperwork, system access, orientation coordination
▸Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
▸Help plan and coordinate company events, offsites, and team-building activities
▸Respond to employee HR queries and escalate complex cases appropriately
▸Assist the People Ops team with benefits administration and payroll data

Requirements

▸BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (graduated between 2019 and 2026)
▸Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
▸Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
▸Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
▸Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

▸HR internship or relevant work experience during studies
▸Familiarity with any HRIS platform (Rippling, BambooHR, Workday)
▸Interest in the intersection of AI and the future of work
