AI Product Analyst — Trainee

About This Role

Understanding how users interact with AGI is a genuinely new discipline. As a fresher product analyst, you will be at the frontier of that understanding — gathering data, spotting patterns, and turning them into product insights.

Responsibilities

▸Analyse product usage data to understand how users interact with TAL's AI features
▸Build dashboards and reports that track key product metrics
▸Conduct user interviews and synthesise qualitative feedback
▸Assist senior PMs with writing product specifications and user stories
▸Run A/B test analyses and communicate findings clearly

Requirements

▸BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, or related field (graduated between 2019 and 2026)
▸Strong analytical thinking and comfort with quantitative data
▸Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data analysis
▸Excellent written and verbal communication
▸Genuine interest in AI products and how people use them

Nice to Have

▸Experience with product analytics tools — Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
▸Background in UX research or behavioural science
▸Personal use and exploration of AI tools and LLM APIs
