Finance Lead
Own TAL Corp's financial operations, planning, and reporting as we scale from a startup to a global AGI company.
About This Role
Sound financial management is what lets a mission-driven company stay mission-driven. The Finance Lead owns the systems and processes that keep TAL Corp financially healthy.
Responsibilities
- ▸Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- ▸Build financial models to support strategic decisions and fundraising
- ▸Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- ▸Partner with operations on vendor contracts and cost management
- ▸Prepare financial reports for leadership and board
Requirements
- ▸BS/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- ▸5+ years finance or accounting experience
- ▸Strong Excel/Google Sheets financial modelling skills
- ▸Experience with startup financial operations and fundraising support
- ▸CPA preferred
Nice to Have
- ▸Prior experience at a high-growth tech startup
- ▸Background in VC-backed company financial operations
- ▸Familiarity with R&D tax credits and AI-specific financial planning
