DevOps Engineer

Fast, safe deployments are a competitive advantage. The DevOps team owns the pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code that make TAL Corp's engineering culture possible.
Responsibilities
- ▸Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm
- ▸Own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Pulumi
- ▸Implement automated security scanning, dependency auditing, and licence checks
- ▸Manage container image build, signing, and vulnerability scanning pipelines
- ▸Drive developer productivity improvements — faster build times, better local dev environments
Requirements
- ▸BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- ▸3+ years DevOps or platform engineering experience
- ▸Strong Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes skills
- ▸Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms
- ▸Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience with GitOps workflows (Flux, ArgoCD)
- ▸Background in developer experience or internal tooling
- ▸Familiarity with eBPF or kernel-level observability
