Customer Success Engineer

Help enterprise customers and developers build successfully with TAL APIs — solving their technical problems and making them wildly successful.

About This Role

Our customers' success is our success. The Customer Success Engineering team sits at the intersection of technical depth and customer empathy — ensuring every enterprise deployment succeeds.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard enterprise API customers with technical integration support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the TAL stack
  • Build customer-specific reference architectures and best-practice guides
  • Gather customer feedback and synthesise product improvement requests
  • Partner with sales on technical evaluation processes and proof-of-concept builds
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or technical support
  • Strong Python and familiarity with API integration patterns
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on complex technical deployments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience supporting AI or ML APIs at an enterprise level
  • Background in cloud architecture or systems integration
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI application frameworks
