AI Trainer Intern

About This Role
AI trainers are essential to building safe, capable models. As an intern, you will learn the art and science of data curation, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
Responsibilities
- ▸Create and curate high-quality training data across diverse domains
- ▸Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, safety, and helpfulness
- ▸Write detailed rubrics and guidelines for data annotation tasks
- ▸Assist in designing evaluation benchmarks for model capabilities
Requirements
- ▸Currently pursuing a BS or MS in any field — domain expertise matters more than degree title
- ▸Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning
- ▸Strong written communication skills
- ▸Genuine interest in AI safety and responsible AI development
Nice to Have
- ▸Experience with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation
- ▸Background in linguistics, philosophy, or a STEM discipline
- ▸Familiarity with annotation platforms (Label Studio, Prodigy)
